Interesting comment in the Smudge section anout invitation to SE to the Maldon game. Interesting that we had that very discussion here a while ago...does Smudge visit this site?

According to the gazette Ck has the following 9 players signed up:

 

MITTEN, EGAN, OATES, EDWARDS, GREEN, COLO, KEISTER, GRADLEY, WATSON.

 

Good news on Greenie then but I hope Aaron Barnett is staying as we desperately need some height at the back and interesting that Moses has not yet been signed. Maybe they and the trialists will play on non contract basis?

IMO Barnett gives us some height,and is best option, but we need more.

 

it seems odd to me that Barnett can get a few with his head when we have an attacking situation, but defensively he seems to lose out on high balls.

 

Plus ,and above all CK seems to favour our other defensive personnel who are even less effective aerially,but he's the manager

i thought the pull out would have been a better quality, still it was ok and informd the uninformd in whats going on.

 

lets hope we get some massive coverage front and back next week!!!
