New Signings for City

As expected Simon Martin and Yohance Lewis signed Conference forms last night. Yohance goes straight into the squad for Welling as does centre-back Ben Patten who also signed on. 19 year-old Ben was with Redbridge before going to Ipswich Town where he appeared in both their Youth and Reserve sides. 22 year-old Yohance has been With Charlton, Cheltenham and Redbridge. Simon Martin is suspended on Saturday but will be in contention for City's first home game against Cambridge City on Tuesday night. Ricky Perks begins his suspension on 29th August and it lasts until 11th September as it was a Herts County offence.
