Woody, playing football (and supporting football clubs) isn't like a normal job. Football isn't a business otherwise most clubs would have gone bust long ago, most people don't get cheered on while they do their work.

Why is being loyal to a football club such a bad thing? What's wrong with treating clubs/supporters with a bit of respect? Isn't loyalty why we respect the Steve Daley's and Ian Hodges of this world? Playing for better clubs, fair enough - but Hayes, Staines, Maidenhead - hardly setting the world alight are they?
