I came down the ground this morning and there are concrete pumping lorries and men at work on the terrace,who knows the drum may be back home on saturday, I hope for the sanity of the half way liners it is. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bounce.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bounce.gif" alt="" />

Hi Peter,

 

Okay so I shouldn't have said all that rubbish about the club not wanting people to know ect ect. I just thought (or perhaps not) that if work was going to commence then it would be information would arrive to us in an email.

 

Never mind.

 

Anyway I thought we hadn't got the grant? Are we paying for it only for the money to be later supplemented back into the accounts? And does anyone know exactly how far it will go back? Guess we'll have to wait until we find out Saturday.

 

Can't wait even more now!!!!!!!!

 

I didn't say I didn't believe you rd79, I said should you telling us? Too much info has been "accidently" released this summer, I just got a bit fed up with reading/hearing stuff I wasn't meant to be.

I was speaking to the man in charge of the company doing the work, as he was at the match last night, and apparently it is only going to be to the first phase, basically they are filling in the wall area behind the goal, and bringing it level with the first step. This is all they want done apparenlty. Once the work is done, they reckon you will be able to get 300 people behind it. Still, a step in the right direction.

I also remember saying I read the message board and heard stuff from other people about the message board.

Plus, and this is quite a novel thing for the people on here, I went outside and saw people I knew who told me what was going on ect.

Old Len's put me in a corner, <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> , if I admit it people will so ha told you so, if I deny it people will say oh yeah we'll see.

 

Just wait for the next couple of months then I'll prove it. Alternitvely if you think I'm someone and you know this person then come up to (shall we say for arguments sake) me and ask, I'll ask who you are and then come in here to log on and pm you.

 

ANYWAY WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH GNFC?
