Charlton Game

Just to put an end to all the speculation I can confirm that the Charlton game is going ahead on Monday 7.45pm kick off.

I have spoken to Charlton today to try and get an idea of the expected team for the programme and I can confirm that there were a number of first team players expected to be included in the traveling squad.

There is obviously going to be a contingent of reserves and youngsters but I would expect the team to be similar to that that played Dover.

Even their reserves contain at least 2 current England Under 20 internationals so it will be a stern test for our lads whoever they put out.

 

See you all on Monday.

We will not finish anywhere near the top 10 unless Daish signs a big striker, a target man, a striker who can hold the ball up, and ideally be capable of scoring goals. (20+ would be good)

Don't forget Hirsty, that WVN doesn't truly support and encourage Fleet, he is one of those negative, half empty pint fellows, who are happy only when they are moaning and Fleet aren't doing so well. Didn't hear him crawing when we went on our unbeaten 18 match run.

And he is probably one of those old misery guts in front of the tea hut!!

If you want to follow a club thay can afford the type of players you would like to watch, then go to Stamford Bridge, Highbury or Old Trafford.

You can't even say that it's a matter of your opinion. You do nothing but complain, giving no benefit of doubt. Not even giving the season a chance to get under way. If you don't like what Liam Daish and the club are doing, then we don't need you.
