Yeah, but maybe someone better tell CAFC that they are supposed to be at Stonebridge Rd on Monday... Cos according to their web-site, they are all out on the sauce that night with no fixtures to play...!!?!?!!

They put 8 past Aldershot and scored 4 in each of their other matches so they should be fairly useful.

Younger players were away at a tournament, so that will have affected team selection, but I'd be happy with a similar line up on Monday.

I suspect the team will be similar to the one that played Dover last night - although Euell dislocated a shoulder last night according to BBC so he won't play. Also, Charlton are playing Feyenoord tonight and AEK Athens on Saturday.

According to match lists I have seen, including BBC Ceefax, Charlton Athletic are supposed to be playing Lazio at home this Saturday, with a Charlton XI playing at Grays Athletic on the same day.

 

If the above turns out to be correct, who are Charlton sending to Stonebridge Road on Saturday....their ladies team???

just telephoned cafc about the game next monday no one was sure there about any game.Got told to ring back after 9am tomorrow, girls in the office at stonebridge road dead sure about the game.

Charlton are DEFINITELY playing AEK AThens on Saturday - try checking their website rather than BBC, W.V.N. I am sure it will be their youngsters at the Fleet, but full of U21, U19, u18 etc internationals so may be some stars of the future to watch - personally would rather see them than a few fringe members of first team squad having a stroll about.
