Interesting to see if the Vietnam syndrome is as catching as the Ireland one.

They could have a real problem depending on when his contract expires in Vietnam.

 

As I understand the rules he has to be released before 31st August, or he will not be able to obtain international clearance until the new window opens in January.

 

(This was nearly a problem when Moussa joined us, but we were able to get a letter from his French claim stating that he had been released while the window was open, so we were able to sign him and we HAD to sign him on a contract)

 

Our immigration expert will no doubt confirm that Mr Kwashi is unable to sign a contract at Dartford.

When Tostao went to Ireland and quickly discovered the mistake he had made, there was much concern then that he could not return to us because of international clearance rules. In fact, if I remember correctly, this was a red herring as the rules did not apply to part-time players joining a club at our level. These rules may of course be different now.
