Grant hasn't disapeared from the scene. He was with us on Tuesday night when we played against East Thurrock and not playing for FGR against Cirencester.

Don't be so quick to jump to conclusions, he might have turned FGR down who still could be trying to sign him.

From what I believe he was on trial for us and then went on trial with another club, did their fans start saying "oh good he's not good enough for Gravesend but good enough for us"? They may well have done but they didn't sign him so don't jump to conclusuions.

Why is that that with every ripple from the club that gives you chance to take a dig at them you feel you have to take it?

Am I the only person that reads this message board that doesn't feel like I want to kill myself right now?

As I have said elsewhere on another thread.

 

I have followed the Fleet since 1962-63 season.

 

What is happening this season is a repeat of many, if not most, of previous pre-seasons. I have heard and seen it all before.

 

The club's supporters deserve better than what is currently being served-up.

I have bad news <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />. On my new sim city 4 game my sim has just said he's seen the ghost HEADLESS HARRY <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />. Hopefully this is untrue.

Not quite sure of the reasons, but Harry's first 500 posts or so were actually quite sensible.

But as time went on he appeared to become paranoid, obsessional and quite frankly off the wall.

Let us hope his rehab in self imposed exile will do him good and we look forward to seeing the Old Harry back on here soon.

Good points there Gary, looking at a lot of what he said he never got hold of the fact that people were not really interested in what he said a lot of the time. Never the less he said it and now he's gone.

 

Never mind they come and they go as they please, one thing about him though he will love the fact that were on here talking about him and seeing how the club wants us to talk about club only matters lets drop the Harry J chat and talk about The Fleet.

What about Amos Foyewa. He got released by Woking at the end of last season. He scored 14 goals in 34 games for Woking and has also played for Bournmouth and as a trainee at West Ham, so he has a bit of previous experience.

 

He can score goals in the Conference and Im sure he scored against us, last season in the Thursday night game.

 

The only thing that may lack with him is height. He is only 5ft 8".
