Wise words indeed. Of course our aim is to do the very best we can with the resources we have to hand. The facilities themselves at The Stadium have helped in drawing players to AFCH and we are delighted with that.

 

We believe we have a great management team who are working hard to ensure this coming season is a fruitfull one, whether that be a championship position, promotion, a good cup run, avoiding relegation or just good old fashioned enjoyable football. You must remember that our supporters have had a roller coaster ride recently and we want to do all we can to put a smile back on their faces. Quite simple, not complicated and it doesn't involve a lack of ambition (far from it), but it also doesn't involve stretching our hopes beyond reasonable reality. This League is new to us and we are prepared for the learning curve that comes with that.

 

We are all looking forwarding to the coming season, it will be great fun. We know we are a 'target' and we take that in our stride. The important thing is if we have achieved certain goals by May 2006 both on and off the pitch, it will be a testamony to hard work, fresh ideas and a strong but quiet belief in what we are doing. That doesn't have to be shouted from any rooftop, it just has to be got on with.

 

I hope that satisfies as an honest answer to your post.
