Crappy Nokia phones.

My blasted mobile phone has decided it doesn't want to work!! After not accepting my pin number I put in, it has blocked the sim card permanantly and now Orange will have to send me a new one that I should receive next week.

 

Luckily all of my numbers are saved to the phones memory but I warn you not to fiddle with the security settings as these mobiles are tempermental.

Yep the same one fella. Since then I have input a pin code to stop other people using and abusing it except the bloody thing decided to reject the code yesterday and has blocked the sim card permanantly.

Received the replacement sim card today. My phone might be [****!!****] but I have no complaints with Orange. I phoned them at 4.50pm yesterday to report the fault and by the next day had received a new sim card.

 

Also my settings are still the same which I'm quite pleased about!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

I know I missed one but for some reason it's not coming up on my phone as a missed call. I assume all this info would have been saved to the sim card.

YELLOW this was the perfect oppurtunity to get an upgrade so at least a slightly newer model that has predictive text on it!

Can't stand predictive text. I've tried to use it on my mate's phone and really can't get on with it.

You can turn it off mate, I just think most modern phones have them!
