I just wondered what the predictions were for the team in the next year top half, bottom half etc?

 

And is anyone worryied that we have lost a few first teamers from last year e.g. snowden, allen etc.

Have we lost them ? I saw Snowden limping round the ground at our game against Harrow last week. To be fair,i don't think either would be regular starters at present anyway.

 

I think the players we have gained look better, than the ones we have let go.

When you consider we started training this season with 40+ players to choose from Jim has done well to look at them all with his playing staff and choose a team. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

I'm told the bookies have us as fourth favorites so in theory if that became a reality we might be in with a playoff place at the end of the season. We'll see - Might make fascinating reading at the end of the season to do a comparison with the tipsters predictions and see if there is any correlation with reality at all!

Blimey! Last week we were supposedly dead certs for relegation and this week we are expected to reach the play-offs!

 

I can only assume that they are basing their odds on pre-season friendly results, which could mean some good value bets for shrewd punters.
