after a recent spate of house buying on the forum, i feel i should give you the benefit of my considerable finacial and economic city type genius.. though some people may say its just the stuff i read at work written by smart phd types...

resession.. remember that word? no noe hears much about it any more no one cares.. you would have to have been born in the 60's to even remeber what a real recession felt like.. 3 mill plus unemployed and notm much work left for those who did have jobs.. double digit inflation and intrest rates and cars with chrome petrol caps and no lock on em .. now trust me on this one, recessions start when no one is looking, they start when everyone is all happy and buying stuff and getting paid and getting into debt.. the good times look fair set to continue on forever.. now it wont be terrorism that starts it,

nope.. it will just start, its a fact of life, like tides and hangovers and the next one will start early next year in america.. no one will notice to start with, they never do until its too late.. then bang.. all you children of the 70's and 80's will get the chance to experience some real economic woe.. not that crappy little housing crisis in the early 90's or the odd asian banking crisis that might affect your pension fund a bit in 30 years time but proper economic gloom.. that goes on and on and on ..

just thought i'd let you know.. this time next year things will be starting to look very different indeed
