FA Cup EXtra Preliminary - any already arranged for the Sunday??

Hi guys.

 

Not posted on here much but I figured this would be the best place to ask.

 

I am a Wycombe fan and go to every single game Home and Away - no ifs no buts and I have done this for 4 years without missing a single game now.

 

I love non league though and have set myself a challenge as follows:

 

To go to a game in every single round of the FA Cup, right through to the final - even if it has to be a replay, which I am sure many of them will be, as I follow the Chairboys every Saturday. In an ideal world I would pick a team say "Jarrow Roofing" and follow them, or their victors over them all the way to the final. But due to my love for Wycombe I have to opt for second best FA Cup wise.

 

So I am looking for any clubs that have already fixtured their game for a Sunday.

 

Or failing that, a replay. If the replay is in the week immediatly after I will have to find a Wednesday game as we have Swindon away in the Carling Cup on Tuesday 23rd.

 

So I want to what dates replays will be and if it clashes with WW what clubs midweek matchday is Wednesday

None on the Sunday for the extra preliminary round as of yet. However, in the Preliminary Round, games to take place on the weekend commencing Saturday 27th August, Dartford are at home to Dorking, but as Dartford play at Gravesend & Northfleets ground, the Fleet are at home to Cambridge United on that day and so therefore Dartfords game against Dorking will probably be moved to Sunday 28th August.

Thats good, not been to Stonebride Road yet - thats another favourite of mine, going to visit new grounds, even if just for a few pics and not a game. Erith and Belvedere are in the same situation with Welling I belive.

 

Shame Essandoh left the Fleet he didnt do much at Wycombe but his goal gave me the happiest moment of my life.

Good luck to Gravesend for the season, playoffs sems your best bet I'd have thought - brilliant fpor a club that aint been in the Conference for long

I go around taking photos of football stadiums myself. From Premiership to County league I have seen 3,000 grounds in the UK and 150 in Europe. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

How do you manage to get to all them dont you work?

 

Or do you do that instead of going on holiday
