Do we know the real reason why Saulsbury is considering leaving?

 

Is it because we seem to have upset his dad?

 

Is it because of the money? (I assume Maidenhead/Staines are paying more money than us)

 

If it's to further his career then choosing M'head does't make sense due to the reasons already mentioned.

 

We gave him the chance to further his career when we signed him from Thame, we had a good season, made him player of the season and as soon as the going gets a bit tough he's probably going to be off.

A case of more money than we can offer and the chance of playing in a higher level in the pyramid apparently from what I have heard. Many players play for other clubs during pre-season though, so hopefully James did not sign anything last night and will come back.

In principal I'd like to agree, but the boy is class! We must remember though that however crap they may be Maidenhead is still a league HIGHER, and as already has been said he's putting himself in the shop window.
