Fat walleted money grabber, ousted by Welling fans and disgraced himself at Dover with a shambolic disregard for discipline and lack of respect for the fans who payed his wages.

Good luck for the season but be wary of him.

Danny "FAT WALLET" Chapman could poison your club which is bouncing back from financial problems, His etics and morals will poison your team spirit.

In the words of Grange Hill " JUST SAY NO"

He is scum of the sessiest sess pit in sesspit city. DO NOT HAVE THAT MONEY GRABBING [****!!****] WITHIN A 1000 miles of your team.

Good Luck lads, but like the dover fella just said. Watch Chapman!

Again hope he signs, but would be surprised to see him play on Tuesday-don't think he is Dovers fans favourite citizen-may be useful to have a 'injury' for Tues. night.

Dover will be a major test-toughest pre-season fixture, and i have a feeling it may not be too friendly.

Also hope Greenie is rested or he could get injured or sent off .Has he signed ?

Was nice to see and here players communicating during the game. The lack of communication was my main critisism of the team during our Conference National days. And if it p***es dover off all the Better.Onwards and upwards.

When you look at successful teams (inc Margate) they always had a player with attitude in the team. As you say need that extra bite, especially in midfield

I think he played for Dover last night, is interviewed on the Dover website saying that he wants to play for Dover(have not listened myself but it is on www.doverathletic.com,and very busy threads on Dovers forum.

Would still like to see him at The Gate, although after the club statement last night, maybe CK is going to try and get Roy Keane and Paul Ince instead

Not good enough. We need players who can make decisions. Look how Stevie Gerrard let us down.

Judging by reports and comments he does look like a player who is after MORE wages than others so bearing that in mind & the fact that he would prefer Dover to us I think it would be no loss to have him go there.Dont know what his form or talent is but it seems we may be better off without him. If his heart isnt into our club in the first place then leave him well alone.

I can't see CK paying over the odds for anyone - particulalry after what we have been through last year. And if Chapman given a completely free choice would like to play for Dover but we offer hiim something and they don't, I don't see what the problem is. I do expect al players to do their best for the shirt, and I've no doubt that most players do. From what I gather, Chapman is combative, but not the main man for Margate. (I have JK in that position.) Perhaps the rest of Dover's squad would make him that? CK's a pretty good judge generally, so if Chapman can give the right sort of comittment to Chris, then that's good enough for me.

But will his heart be in it for us or will he be dreaming of spending his high wages in Dover on a night out? If he isnt committing himself to us and wants to do so for another club then I really dont think we could entertain a half hearted player. We want honest conmmited and loyal players who will even take a pay cut in some circumstances,a lot like the lads did last year and if thats what he's playing for, the money then its going down a dodgy road I think.

I may be being a little unfair to him seeing as I havent witnessed his play or know the man personnally but on hearing his interview and reading the Dovers comments, including JP's comments it does look like he is after the dosh rather than playing for a TEAM. JP didn't sound too keen and seemed to be passing the buck in making a decision.Probably to scared to actually turn round and say "NO". A Selfish player will not fit into a growing team that wants to go places and with all that in mind my belief is that we should go for someone who may not have quite as much ability but will be more worthy and influential to a team by being a PART of a team. (I.M.O). If he comes I will accept it obviously as I have no choice but if that be the case he had better pull his weight as we dont need loners here. I am sure KP wont waste money if he if dosent deem it necessary and we dont want other players, team players, unselfish players feeling second rate because of it. If his talent is such then sign him on the same wages as the others,no less and certainly no more. Sometimes you have to stick by some principles.
