Why are we only going back to 1991-Slough had far greater teams and players than between 1991-2002. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif" alt="" />

An excellent idea for the new section!!! When I get the time I may well add a few of my own contributions. Havent had to much time lately to contribute to the forum but I am back now!!!

The only reason it goes back to 1991 is because for the time being, that is all the information I have.

 

Alan Smith is obviously helping contribute to a lot of the information on the section, but obtaining line ups, scorers etc. isn't that easy when

 

a) I wasn't there

I haven't got any programmes to refer to

c) Time

 

It's taken me nearly a year to find the time to compile the information I have and put it into Excel spreadsheets and there are still plenty of missing gaps, especially from the earlier years.

 

Rest assured though, once the past 12 years have been done, the rest will follow as soon as possible after. Any contributions would be more than welcome though own goal, as my first match with Slough was the Torquay FA Cup game back in 1993/4 so before that, my knowledge is limited, and I've only really regularly been watching since 1999/2000 season due to work commitments.
