the april stevens you refer to my dear friend was a 50's one hit wonder...

 

in the late 60's a polish seaman known as avramavich stefonofski had the first ever sex change operation and renamed himself/herself after the old tart that sang deep purple... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
