The next Wilko? Would presume we're looking at resting Wilko a bit next season and grooming this lad as his replacement. Eddie's judgement has been good so far, so I can only presume he's going to work out to be a good signing.

believe me i know who he is signing for and it aint banbury.he went training there but has opted for slough.He has played for oxford city for a couple of seasons also oxford youth footballer of the year.He is exceptional in the air and id rather tackle a jcb than him.enuff said

Eddie and Mickey said at the race night that they'd been trying to find the 'next Wilko' and thought that they had maybe found someone suitable (but also that they had found nobody like him in the Ryman League). Maybe Ballard is the one they were referring to.
