I won't hear a word against him. He's the only stylish player (in the Hoddle/Waddle/Ardiles etc. mode) we've had the pleasure of watching in a Spurs shirt over the last ten years.

 

Going through all my 1980s programmes has made me realise what a wealth of talent and a force we were in the 80s.

 

It's depressing when I actually realise what has happened to this club post-95.

Don't get me wrong, he was an absolutely awesome player, but away from home? Reminds me a bit of DiCanio in that respect too.

 

We are not the team we once were, but things do look a lot brighter now, than even a couple of seasons ago. The fact we have a good front line to choose from, a good set of midfielders, defenders and the best english goalkeeper.

He is utter crap and that is the view also shared by Mick who has been a season ticket holder at WHL for years and years and it seems to be the view of a lot of the people sitting round me when I've been at WHL. Apart from that free kick against Fulham he's done nothing when I've been there!
