See this is our first game - it is a tidy little ground and next door is a swimming pool and one of those indoor play places for kids - ideal family day out for those of you with sprogs. Chelmsford played there not sure if they still do. Typical I move up here and there are loads of games I could have got to....

Roll on the new season feel we are on way back - which for those of you who know me is an uncharacteristic outburst of optimism.....

Well said ff, we need to come out fighting.

I remember the first pre-season last year, went along feeling gloomy as we had had lots of bad news about players going elsewhere and then remember how delighted I was to see how many of the lads were still with us. Plus, if I recall, amongst the triallists were some of the lads that became members of the squad, and stalwarts at that.

That's what I want for Tuesday!
