* Thorns says how great the Sex Pistols are and that they influenced the majority of current bands.

* Zeal says the Sex Pistols are crap musically, and that it was 'punk' that influenced bands as opposed to the Pistols themselves.

* G.Angel agrees that the Pistols were manufactured turd and that there were plenty of other far better punk bands around.

* Thorns suddenly says that there were far better punk bands than the Pistols!!

Never once did I say The Pistols were my favorite punk band, I said they influenced many current bands but, in my opinion, there are better punk bands about.

I was referring to their position in popular music rather than my own personal prefrence!
