it is a [****!!****] to get there on train, you either need to get to South Woodham Ferrers via Rayleigh and changing at Wickford.

 

Or Witham which is Benfleet to Upminster then Upminster to Romford then Romford to Witham,

or Rayleigh to Shenfield and then Shenfield to Witham.

 

from both of those stations it is miles to the ground (definate cab ride)

Maldon is an awkward place to get to. You'd have to get to Chelmsford and then get a bus there!!

Get there about 12.45 few beers and a bit of scoff on the front. Anyone remember Pre-season at Folkstone 3 years ago......? Absolute quality.

Ha Ha i live in Woodham Ferrers, so easy journey for me. (makes a change that!)

Train to south woodham, taxi to stow maries at the prince of wales PH (sponsors of the Hull friendly Monday night) 2 miles. Few jars bit of piss taking, then cab to maldon 6 miles, then more beer!! hoorah!
