Junior what are you studying?

After "Bouncebackability" Im going to put forward a new word & I would like to ask you all to get behind my effort in getting it in the english dictionary's next edition.

 

That word is:

"JUNIOR-ISM" or the plural "JUNIOR-ISM'S"

as in:

"Whilst I was at work today my director had a JUNIOR-ISM moment"!!
