The C of E stance against Euthanasia.

What a joke the Church of England has become. Being a break away religion set up so that some bloke could divorce his wife, it's a wonder this sham has lasted so long. But now idiots with nothing better to do have decided to block a law which would have meant a dying person without a future to be killed off peacefully and quietly and therefore killing off their pain.

 

What right does one bloke have from saying to another bloke "I don't think you should be allowed to die, my god thinks it's wrong". If I was dying and someone said that to me I'd laugh at him, then I would go absolutely mental. Euthanasia isn't giving the people the right to die it's about the right to not feel pain.

 

You might think it's wrong but to block it from going through is just wrong and if I was going to donate money to anyone I wouldn't donate it to the Church of England. I just don't know how these people can sleep at night.

Meanwhile just to add to that these busybodies believe any scientific intervention is wrong, whether or not it is helping people to live or die. Don't see them complaining when it's helping them or their family.

 

Admit it religion is a joke, most of the modern day world is condemned in the bible which means either break off from the modern day world or break off from religion. If you don't then I have the right to laugh at you, all day long.

I saw a newspaper today which had a front page reporting the bombings, above that they were advertising a DVD they were giving away, it was a comedy DVD. No time for such things?

This subject is of great interest to me, raised as I was, not only as a Christian, but also as a person with a great love and regard for animal life.

 

One of the most heart-breaking experiences in this world is holding a loved pet who has reached the point of no return, as a Veterinary Surgeon peforms the most loyal and kind act they can possibly give to an animal who is suffering.

 

Yes - I still feel a sense of guilt afterwards, but I know that what I have sanctioned and witnessed is the most generous deed I can give to a living thing that has given me unconditional love during its life.

 

Shame this can't be equated to the human race, questionably the most intelligent form of life on this planet, and definetely, THE MOST SAVAGE AND DANGEROUS .

 

To be quite honest, I don't think religion enters into this equation.

Well hang on a minute mate, will you make your [****!!****] mind up! Either I can talk about it when I like, which is me excercising my right to free speech, or I have to wait until all this blows over and I can't talk about it, which is barring my right to freedom of speech.

 

I never put this in here to see your reaction but now that it transcends in this manner it is quite interesting to see your true colours. So are we allowed to talk about things when we like or not.

 

What the [****!!****] this has to do with the attacks I'm not quite sure and can only see that you comparing the two subjects due to their religious similarities. WHY? As I have said before people will mourn and live in shock for what has happened but it doesn't take away from those that want to talk about other issues.

 

So maybe in future we could have a AFF freedom of speech testometer where if we want to talk about any subject we have to pass it trhough you first, if thats okay with you it will get posted, if not it won't.

 

As for my signature, it is never anything I take seriously, and you shouldn't either. Look at mine at the moment, couldn't be more contradicting. Piss this tinpot (league) forum is a confguide phrase and if you don't get it thats not my fault.

 

Your signature seems to rest heavily on what you believe. Not having a go of course seeing how you posted it so it must have passed the AFF freedom of speech testometer, so that makes it okay then.

Grow up Hrry......Is this another one of your personal attacks?..I was not infringing your right to freedom of speech.....Just your insensitivity of religion in a time when a lot of people are questioning it's involvement in the Bombings.

Your post could be seen as a direct attack on the Majority of people in England, who choose CofE as their beliefs, by either a Catholic or an Athiest(both are you right if you have chosen them), and could be constued as inflamatory religious bigotry.

As to a testometer of MY freedom of speech......You are obviously plying to become the next Mod on the "Lets gag anyone who doesn't agree with us"forum.
