makes you wonder where his loyalties really lie duntit....especially as the position with the hammers has been widely posted on here before his pearls of wisdom....

as has been previously stated a 'west ham X1 will visit on the 16 and there will be 3/4 first team players involved'

there now...wasn't difficult was it...

I imagine half of the first team will be going to Sweden and half to Hornchurch.

Todays Evening Standard reports that West Ham are taking the entire First Team squad to Sweden, with the exception of Mark Noble who is representing England Youth.

So it looks like its just a Youth Team will play at Hornchurch.

Possibly players like Steve Lomas, Malky Mackay & Andy Melville may go to Hornchurch as the club are looking to sell them but I very much doubt it.

I never had a season ticket that year anyway!

Actually enjoyed going to games in the Championship last 2 seasons, much more down to earth than the over-rated, over-hyped, over-priced premiership.
Thats not to say I want us to come straight back down though!

i felt the atmosphere was non existant for div one games. there is just a buzz about the premiership.

Yes, at many home games it was - mainly due to the high expectation levels in the ground and the team/fans getting frustrated by away sides sticking 10 men behind the ball.
Away games were superb, I was able to go to many grounds that I had never been and the atmosphere was top notch.

I wasn't actually replying to you TH ...I was replying to our glory hunting fishing friends who tear up their season tickets when their teams get relegated....

then buy them back when they get promoted....

I think coca cola call them the 'real fans'

they also indulge in forum wind ups.....trouble is..they actually don't know who's being wound up...their intended victims or them...

you coming down to ours for the friendly..?
