London has been a bloody scarey place today. Everyone at my work has been constantly on the phone worried about friends and family.

The indiscriminate nature of this terrorism and the thought with the Olympics coming its going to get worse is really [****!!****].

This should have been a day of celebration for the city. And yet these unspeakable people have brought anguish to innocent families instead. I do not have sufficient vocabulary to express my contempt for the perpetrators of this vile deed. And neither can I express in adequate terms my deepest sorrow for the victims.

What a ghastly world it can be at times.

Thanks Tony just heard from my son whos OK, was getting a bit worried about him coming back from School. Its been a horrible day and for some people its going to incredibly awful.
