If you want to see that, look at the plans on the UK Planning website. Its free. right now Im looking at the plans for the permanent stadium. http://www.ukplanning.com Go to Thanet District Council applications and search for application reference R/TH/03/0122 for the permanent stadium or F/TH/05/0360 for the temporary stadium file.

 

No-ones going to get in trouble looking at the drawings as this is completely public. Should answer your question.
