my weight loss program means beer once a week..

and i dont want to miss it regardless of how cak i feel..

on th eplus side i have not eaten since 6 pm last night and can safely say i wont be for a few more hours yet.. trying some water now to see how things hold up.. i must of lost 5 pounds!

I put on 2lb this week which I'm gutted about! I blame it on the pint of Pimms and pork baguette at the Oval on Friday, plus only the one tennis session last week.

 

I'm out walking with Laz tomorrow night hopefully, got tennis on Sunday morning and GHA has promised me a game sometime soon too!

 

Laz - we need to do the hills sometime soon too.

 

Saying that, I think I'm gonna hit the lagers Friday night.

You'll be glad to hear I've had a few beers while I was away and I suspect I've put a pound or two back on. Maybe we should take a trip out for some serious hills on Saturday.
