If I get the 30 players I'm contacting it will be an amazing night of just some of the Canvey legends from the last 10 years all on one pitch for maybe one last time.

I'd love to see Harry Johnson run on the pitch again!!

I think it's time for the website to do a HALL OF FAME for players who have left the club say 5 years or more ago. Maybe 1 or 2 players max are voted into it every 6 months and their picture goes on the main site. I saw this on the Thurrock site years ago but I think it would be a great idea. What do you think!

It will be quality every player has there own piece of history with the club. As for the hall of fame that would be great but who would the 1st 2 people be?

Have to speak to the powers that be but I hope in early September on a lovely warm evening. I hope evryone who turns up gets a warm reception regardless of who they are. Stimmo was a main contributor to our success especially in the Trophy run.

Stimmo was a quality player for us, just a shame his loyalty wasn't up to the same standard. To be honest I think him being there would not be a good move, especially after his episode in the clubhouse last year. But hey, it's not my testimonial!!

personally it wouldnt bother me wether his there or not to me theres more important people there than him,but if wardy wants him there then fair enough, but i think he if asked would decline but wish wardy all the best.
