has joined Fisher after they had a bid accepted by St. Albans, why o why is he playing at such a low level, we should of kept him when we had him.

very funny ff, I always thought that Walshie had good ability and pace, there was nothing else to do with it, why do you all seem to think that I fancied him?

Didn't Ben Walshe have the opportunity to join Yeovil in their first season in the Football League (after the loan spell with us ended) but decided they were too far away or something like that.

 

This being the case, Gary Johnson the Yeovil Manager must have seen something in him and is arguably more qualified than some of the football "Know-it-alls" on here" to evaluate a player. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I thought Ben done well for us although admitably he never quite recovered the form that he showed in his early appearances for us. But I was suprised that we let him go when we did.

 

But hope he does well at Fisher, they've got a bit of money behind them now so think that they might continue their rise thru the ranks.

Ben did have the chance to play with Yeovil, but apparently he didn't like it down there, something to do with being too quiet I think someone said.
