A couple of days ago, friday to be precise, i had a conversation with a customer i had collected. He was the Council cabinet member for finance. during the journey he asked me what my thoughts were on the flowers the council have put out and about around the towns. i was invited to think about it, put my ideas on paper and forward them to him for consideration.Apparantly the Council have put an amount of funding to one side to spend. If you have any ideas (sensible,clean and non offensive)here is an opportunity .
