Just out of interest what would happen if we did win the league? I take it New Lodge didn't get the Conference grading last year? So if Basilricay (which I strongly oppose) wasn't ready in time, could the club get New Lodge up to Conference standard in the close season?

Good day all round the coach went straight to the ground (novel idea, will it catch on do you think?) got in a couple of pints before the game, good performance, solid at the back, strong down the wings with the two Grahams doing well, Essandoh 3 in 4 games for us now <img src="/forums/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> Only dissapointment £10 for entry and a programme????????? And where were all the home fans? Referee had a shocker, looked like he would have been more at home reffing on hackney marshes.......

a deserved win for town and another clean sheet. again pleased to report a good all round team effort with everyone contributing. at 8 quid to get in and 2 quid a program its hardly surprising that no home fans bothered to go..once again we must have contributed 50 pc of the crowd. the only thing worse than the bacon burger was the ref. in general the refs have been absolutely sh*te this year and how he missed the clearest of pens is beyond me. i thought the team looked better balanced with dave mc back in defense and jj made a couple of great saves at 1-0. think willo supporting essandoh worked well 1 st half and looks a decent tactic in away games. was pleased to see jamie get a goal but he should have just nutted that 5 dog at the end and taken him out.

As already mentioned the ref was awful on Saturday.

Not only the penalty he missed how about the handball out of the area by there reserve keeper.

The assistant referees were just as bad.

I think the F.A must have a long hard look at some of the officals that they appoint.
