From Bournemouth to Welwyn Garden City all I've seen this week is the new Arsenal commemorative shirt being worn by everyone.

 

In personal meetings we though it was a huge mistake to change the colour of the shirt for the last ever season at highbury. My how we were wrong in our Leytonstone pub. Wrong, because the new top, with the redcurrant colour complements the summer so well, and it's uniqueness means the memories will resonate forever.

 

The online arsenal shop has sold out of the shirts already, they can't meet the demand.

 

It's the look-good accessory of the year - the redcurrant Arsenal commemorative shirt.
