TONIGHT RE : MEETING WITH SPONSOR

I hope those that attended (disappointed by turn out) were impressed with our sponsors positive and helpful attitude to this club. He seems to want to get involved in any way he can and I for one found him to be a refreshing addition to the club. He is more than willing to assist both the club and its supporters and I feel he deserves heaps of praise for his commitment. Those that didnt attend...(Shame on you), missed meeting both a solid margate fan of many years standing and a sponsor willing to put his money into a club that he knows will become successful again in a very short while.

Could not get there tonight,Had a meeting about Sunday football,it sounds that it was a good meeting,good to here we have a good sponsor who wants to get involved with the club,as Blueblood says upwards and onwards...Up The Gate.

It was a good meeting the other day. It was good to meet more people who only know me from this place. As for the bit about the directorship at Thanet College, its an elected position but its the same level as someone who has been appointed. I was involved with the appointment of the new Principal and the fallout of the Ofsted meeting. Hopefully in the future I can convert that into a Councillor position.

Put me down as an almost certain carnival walker. I dont mind spending my sunday afternoon helping out with the carnival at all.

The sponsor looks like a proper fan with a real interest in helping the club. Hurrah!

On a similar note, Im still having trouble getting to this site from home so I wont be posting as often as usual. Hopefully with a change in service provider it might sort it out. I guess we will see.

 

Ill definitely get the day off for Ramsgate-Margate. As for the other games, we'll see.
