Yes, although the comedy store is in central London thus out of the Rayleigh/Canvey/Southend scoial triangle deeming it unapprochable for YELLOW

He lasted over 3 mins. Get a feeling they'll be playing it to death on Talk Sport for the next week.

They played it at least twice this morning!! Pretty excruciating stuff!

Yeah I heard it.

 

The bed joke was a classic.

 

You couldn't imagine Jimmy Carr reading out a joke that had been sent to him from a bird in Sheffield!

Think he spent most of the three minutes trying to get the audience to shut up!!!

H&J played it yesterday, Andy was there and gave background commentary , explained all the 'noise'.

 

When he did the bed joke (punchline, 'when I came back she'd made the bed') H&J analysed it, doscovered there was no actual joke within the words spoken and decided the Moose was actually telling a true story.

 

I didn't understand the cricket ball up the backside joke, punchline 'howzat? Not you as well!'

 

H&J, espesh J as he saw it happen, saw him collapse during the cricketball joke - "the audience turnedon him then, there was no way out" remembered the bearded Mr J.

 

THe problem as I see it is the guy thinks he funny doing little wry comments about the news, but he went onstage in a whole different direction as a 'proper' comedian. He'd have been better going up with a news-desk prop and reading 'funny news stories' with even funnier comments.

 

But what do I know?
