Indie Disco

Lovin' the Genre function on my Creative Jukebox. I've got about 600 songs that I've called "Indie Disco" and then you just play them at random and wa-hey, Indie Disco in your front room! (Hey, I'm married with a kid - this is excitement for me!)

 

Had an hours worth earlier including the following...

 

Airhead - Right Now

Happy Mondays - Kinky Afro

Razorlight - Golden Touch

Milltown Brothers - Which Way Should I Jump

Ride - Taste

Shed Seven - Speakeasy

Honeycrack - Sitting At Home

 

It's like the Hatfield Forum never closed down (except there's less townie twats looking for trouble here)

I think I may have to do a indie disco function, I need to sit down and tidy up my jukebox one afternoon (who am I kidding it'll take a week) deleate all the duplicates, remove the "The" from artists and create and clear up some genres.

I heard that Honeycrack single on random today as well.

Originally I had all my Indie albums in that genre, but I soon got fed up having Bluetones and Slowdive album tracks coming on at random, so I had to go through it all again and just pick out the more upbeat singles alongside the occasional album track.

 

And now it works perfectly. It really could be an Indie Disco!
