a lot of people dont get the joke because they dont understand the binary table. but i shall imform the uninformd.

the binary 10 or more commonly 0010 = 2 on the Decimal table so when he says there are 10 types of people, it means two(2). often people mistake it for its raw format 1 and 0 thinking thats its related to binary because it contains 1`s and 0`s where in fact it has no relevance at all to that but is refering to its Decimal converted number two <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

btw i wrote out the conversion table to hex in another post, its so much fun playing with 1`s and 0`s eh!!! hehe

The first round is 19 ties with a bye to Cray Wanderers = 20 teams in to round 2

Round 2 is 10 ties

round 3 is the 10 winners of round 2 plus the 22 clubs from the Premier Division to make 32 teams or 16 ties

nice sig ian, one of my favorite computer quotes, mind you binary's not that bad, hexadecimal now, thats the devils work!!!

"What the hecks a decimal?" as my nan used to say!!

Refers to the base-16 number system, which consists of 16 unique symbols: the numbers 0 to 9 and the letters A to F. For example, the decimal number 15 is represented as F in the hexadecimal numbering system. The hexadecimal system is useful because it can represent every byte (8 bits) as two consecutive hexadecimal digits. It is easier for humans to read hexadecimal numbers than binary numbers.
To convert a value from hexadecimal to binary, you merely translate each hexadecimal digit into its 4-bit binary equivalent. Hexadecimal numbers have either an 0x prefix or an h suffix. For example, the hexadecimal number

0x3F7A

translates to the following binary number:

0011 1111 0111 1010

Simple innit?
