i've got it, its great. Have also got The Essential Clash compilation album, I know its a bit of a cop out but its really good especially for someone like me who's new to the Clash.

I was going to ask the other day which Bowie album I should get. Was tempted by Ziggy Stardust.

Zeal- I've 9 or 10 Bowie albums, and IMHO Ziggy Stardust is the best, followed by Low and Aladdin Sane. Also very surprised that The Queen Is Dead didn't make your top 100, or maybe it did and I missed it. still, a very interesting list

Canv- Great album The Clash were the only truly muscical punk band, the rest were just 1 chord wonders with attitude.

Gazza- Dead 60's yes very good indeed.

Of the four Smiths studio albums, The Queen Is Dead is probably my least favourite. I don't listen to it very often, to be honest, so maybe it needs a re-appraisal.

 

I bought Hunky Dory from the HMV Sale on Friday for £4.99, along with Led Zep II for the same price, so hopefully they'll arrive on Monday!
