Actually, with the exception of Rock And Roll and Kansas City the covers on Beatles For Sale are "tired".

 

Zealster, play the "Long Tall Sally" EP for ripping Rock 'n' Roll covers!!!! "Slow Down" sung by JL is just a great showcase for his voice...as is "Bad Boy" of the 1966 "Greatest Hits" album (can't remember the original name of the album.

Hmmm, I'm really not keen on the Long Tall Sally EP. Speaks volumes for my dislike of the covers that I Call Your Name is my favourite track on there.

 

Now - you may be able to help me here. Do you know where I can get hold of a copy of Ringo's version of I Call Your Name from the 1990 Lennon memorial concert??
