Came down for the weekend and I am delighted to say that he has started training for next season.

 

Has decided that having lost 5 months fitness to drop down a level or two and ease back into things so has been a regular in the gym to get things going and starts with Selby Town in 2 weeks time. Have to say he looked really fit and well and had a little of the old spark back. Still a pale as a sheet .... dont they get any sun in Leeds !!

 

Selby played last year in the Northern Counties East Premier Division, level 9 in the pyramid system which is the same level as London Colney but they were runners up in the league so Jake didnt know if they had been promoted to the Unibond First Division.
