All time favourite: When the Sarge was training to be a boxer, and they start quoting rocky, where he chases a chicken to get in shape. And they come back with a oven ready chicken from a supermarket. Yes there are a few sketches like that, remembered in one format but not the other. It is very true that The Office largely copied the format of Operation Good Guys, right down to the relationship between Beech and Ash/Brent and Gareth...

Sadly, OGG remains largely forgotten, despite starring such big names as Jude Law, Jonny Lee Miller, Denise van Outen and, bizarrely, David Seaman...

Amazingly. Just found out the Operation Good Guys Series 1 to 3 are now out on a collection DVD set. This is on my must have list.
