They are in the Medway towns at the moment, I guess Thanet is the same. The only area with real problems is Sussex.

Ray was desperatly concerned at the weekend about the state of the pitch. Apparently the turf was laid onto dry soil (I assume by that, that it should have been at least moist!) and the water supply that was tankerered in was used up on a small(ish) area of the pitch.

 

Ray is keen to get some much needed water and some grass seed so he can back fill and seed the holes and gaps that are appearing.

 

Knowing Ray, he might have been a little more anxious than he should have been, but was concerned that the whole pitch might have to have been re-laid.

Why dont you ask the Fire Brigade to help you out im sure with no Hotels to attend to they must have a bit of spare time on there hands. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/busted.gif" alt="" />
