No I wouldn't, I was always going to Claire's, it had been arranged for weeks and their were loads of people there who I hadn't seen for years so I wasn't going to miss that.

Pete told me after the football that it was his birthday and he was popping down the Hare for a few about 9. So even if Jim hadn't played I still wouldn't have made it, in fact had I not been going to Claires, I could of still done Jim and Pete, like gertcha did

I was looking through my diary of 2005 this morning. Between Jan and start of April there wasn't much mention of Thorns. The usual entry read:

 

"Emailed/phoned/texted Col to see if he was out, but he was busy with his love interest"

 

During April, I saw a lot of the chap,

(apart from Pete's 30th) then it died off after the Jim's Super Stereoworld gig, and he was always "busy" again.

 

I don't get it, can you shed any light on this CZ ?

Yes I was there. Drank with him up in the clubhouse between 4.45pm and about 8pm.

 

Laz and I then went for a curry with some Essex folk.
