i find it hard to take that you can come on here and say all that sh!t about women playing football... yeah ok your right that it aint as big as the mens game in the U.K and will never be. but you saying the FA put too much money into it but then complaining that it wont be big in the U.K well how is it ment to be a big sport if the F.A dont put money into it.

you must be quite a sad man to start something like that.

and yeah it aint as good to watch as a mens game but i cant see why they cant play the game on t.v it is still a pro womens sport.

In my humble opinon, it is throwing good money after bad. Face facts, they play on Sunday afternoon because it is the only time they have access to decent grounds. And as it is Sunday afternoon, most blokes are either watching Sky or down the pub. And most woman are either cooking dinner or down the pub too!

So work it out, who is going to watch it, ergo it is a waste of time financing it.

So in future just read what I have said carefully before responding.

People tend to jump the gun (read posts passim) and think I want it banned. Far from it. I have no probs with it at all, but I cannot see the point of throwing money at something that will never take off. Yes in the States it is big but that is another ball game, if you forgive the pun!

I agree that it is a whole new kettle of ball games but, just because you hold bigotted views, don't tar us all with the same feather!

Wrong use of said adjective there I am afraid. Bigoted (one t by the way) means intolerant to other people's views. I am merely stating that I have no intention of stopping women playing football, but in my humble opinon believe that the money being spent on it could be put to better use elsewhere within the game.

Therein I am not intolerant to yours, Urchinette or Brunob's opinons.

But however, if the women's premier league ever attains regular gates of 5,000+, I will personally dance naked down Hornchurch high street, singing the Azerbaijan national anthem.

So for yours and a lot of other people's benefit, let us hope they never do!

PS: I am a little bit sexist though!!

So if its only clubs with large attendences that should receive any help from the FA clubs like ETFC, Romford and others at our level still would not get any.

Coupx2 have read & digested all above and am starting to think you are a bit of a penis!!!

Have you any idea why these games are being played in this country and shown on our screens?

It's called forward thinking mate, something you cannot do. I'll back the FA on this one as they need to get back into bed with UEFA asap!

And as for yesterday's match, it seemed quite entertaining from what I saw of it!
