I'm currently working on some new material for the band.

 

CZ, you've written a lot of numbers in the past, so can I bend your ear ?

 

I've got the idea of what the song will be about (a love story, I'll fill you in further on Thursday) but do you write the lyrics or the music first ?

I always tend to write simultaneusly these days, although for a long time I would write the lyrics first and then fit the tune around.

 

I'm in the middle of writing my love song for the Puppies at the moment - 15,000 Reasons Why She Loves Me.

Mine is more along the lines of a bit of forbidden love. Guy meets girl who is attached, but they sneak a few moments together when she can get away. Boy gets hooked, girl leaves partner and they get together etc etc.

 

I'm looking forward to hearing yours, although only 15,000 ?

Only 15,000? I'm struggling to raise even half a grand at the minute, mate!!

I'm not sure how it will end yet. We'll have to see.

 

Maybe we should make a joint effort, 7.5k. We each get a go every other day ?
