Don't worry, I've not set foot in Hartsdown Park myself for over 20 years. I got seasick looking at the slope.

Guess I'll have to go to the league fixture in 2006-7 though, sounds like you guys will have flattened it out a bit by then. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Think how large the crowd will be if Margate draw Ramsgate in one of the cups, seeing as there is now only one division separating the teams!!!

I think the capacity of both grounds would be pushed!

I even think the friendly would be a sell out if publicised well enough, just a pity a two-legged game couldn't be arranged so both grounds are attended well.

Maybe a local company might like to sponsor a Thanet charity shield, would keep the rivalry exciting?? Any thoughts??

Will Hartsdown be ready anytime soon, forgive me for my ignorance.

It would be great if there was a competitive game. Now there are three chances - FA Cup, FA Trophy and Rymans League Cup.

How's the work going on at Hartsdown, is there confidence it will be finished for opening fixture on 20th August?
