Well they finally won promotion after beating Lincoln 2-0 in the final yesterday.

 

I suppose a grudging well done is in order. Really pleased for Tilly. He deserves the success but next season alongside the likes of Notts Forest, Gillingham and Bradford will be tough.

 

Anyway congrats to Southend (I'm saying that through gritted teeth!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />)

Well at least they can stop looking over their shoulder at us for a while now, as they have been, as we are 2 divisions behind.

There seemed to be the upmost panic when our boys nearly beat them. In fact after their 3-2 win at Park Lane, their season took off and they haven't really looked back since. They have a lot to thank us for kick starting them to 2 LDV finals and a promotion!
