Errr... no, but there are a lot of carbohydrates in it.

 

I've taken to having breakfast smoothies in the mornings. Generally sees me through to the evening, unless I'm doing the pub at lunchtime.

 

150mm milk

100mm low fat yoghurt

1 apple

1 banana

10g wheatgerm

15g honey

4 ice cubes

 

Blended up - lovely! Really fills you up, and if you're like me and can't eat first thing in the morning, then a healthy drink like that is just the job.

 

Never been keen on pasta, mate. Have a peach or something.
