can anyone give direction to Braintree please?

I'm busily studying my Essex A-Z, directions will be on the website tomorrow (promise!).... Why is it the two grounds I get lost trying to find (Braintree and Heybridge) are two of the closest?

fanzone (www.fanzone.co.uk) has directions to all the grounds, but the Braintree ones are a tad vague!

Travel north on the A12 to Witham, take first exit into Town Centre, turn left signed Braintree. On entering Braintree at the first roundabout take second exit and at next roundabout(50 yards) again take second exit along Cressing Road. When the used car dealership Westdrive appears on your left take next left turn and left again into the ground.

Should be a profitable journey for you because our management team, which almost outnumbers our playing staff, has got NO idea what they are doing.

since the old one caved in there has been no sign of life
