Diouf was unaware that the Spurs fan was giving a w*nker sign behind his back. Brilliant stuff!

Good to see that legal aid is being dished out to those that need it.

 

I think it's a disgrace he is entitled to it, but I'm sure Thornsy thinks it's just.

Now I dislike Diouf as much as the next man.

 

When you get legal aid you get lumbered with a pretty run of the mill solicitor, it's a gamble, for example the bloke I got 6 weeks ago was pretty top notch, the bloke who turned up yesterday didn't even have my file with him, I wouldn't of liked to gone into an interview with him.

It's nothing to do with wealth, if he's pleading not gulity why should he have to dish out cash, if you were accussed of something you didn't do how would you like it if a solicitor was called for you and you had to shell out a shedload of cash.

Personally I'd like to see people get legal aid and if they are found gulity pay the relevant solicitor charges afterwards.

Of course on 40k a week I'd be tempted to get myself a good breif anyway.
